Cassi is a poet, writer, and educator living in Northern California. She works with writers of all ages, abilities, and disabilities.

In 2022, she attended The Yeats International Summer School through a fellowship through the Tuleburg Press and the Sligo Scholars Program in Sligo, Ireland. She has also studied at the Institute of Language and Culture in Costa Rica.
